Civil and Structural designs for an eight-story office building and five-story parking ramp for Federal Government tenants including the IRS, VA and OSHA.
Acquest assembled 15 parcels totaling 3+ acres in Buffalo's Central Business District and assembled a design team to develop a facility capable of providing space to a number of Federal tenants that were forced to seek new facilities because of the scheduled closing of Buffalo's Dulski Federal Building. The project combines Class A office space with a parking ramp to provide on-site parking convenience for the buildings employees and visitors. The site also provides 50 foot set-backs and fencing at the perimeter to address today's security concerns.
Niagara Center, located in the shadow of Buffalo's City Hall, provides on-site parking and generous landscaping. Directly across Elmwood Avenue from the site of the New Federal Courthouse, Niagara Center is located within 2 blocks of numerous federal agencies.
