The first of its kind, Campus Walk is SUNY Buffalo State’s only affiliated housing partner, offering brand new stylish, fully furnished apartments. Campus Walk is located adjacent to SUNY Buffalo State and is a vibrant urban community with a wide range of amenities.
Phase 1 included the structural design of two, five-story wood framed over steel/concrete podium, mixed use, student housing buildings (totaling approximately 144000-sf) with mixed-use retail and residential space on Grant Street and support and residential spaces on Rees Street. The two buildings enclose 318 student beds comprised of three- and four-bedroom apartments. The buildings include a fitness center and bike storage.
